悉尼會(huì)展中心(Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island)

The Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island is the cornerstone of a strategic plan by the NSW Government to cement Sydney’s position as a truly world class host city well into the future.
We opened our doors in February 2014 so that Sydney’s exhibitions, trade shows and special events have a purpose-built home and continue to thrive throughout the three-year development of the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney.
This is an interim step to support the ultimate goal of securing the future of NSW’s business events industry with the completion of ICC Sydney’s integrated convention, exhibition and entertainment complex in Darling Harbour at the end of 2016.
Government and private sector merged forces, with lead agencies Infrastructure NSW (INSW) managing the delivery of the Centre and the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (SHFA) managing the operations. Lend Lease carried out the entire site works with GL Events supplying the 20,000m2 structure, which was used at the 2012 London Olympics.
